This Riverwalk proposal took place on a perfect July evening. The weather really couldn’t have been better! The location Yasir chose had a gorgeous view of the Chicago River. It also featured lots of greenery, benches, walkways, and of course Chicago’s iconic skyscrapers. It was the perfect place for me to blend in as a “tourist” with her camera. Little did Navreet know, I was secretly waiting to capture their proposal.

Yasir had done an excellent job at keeping the proposal a secret. So when he got down on one knee, Navreet was completely surprised! Afterward, I took some more photos of the newly engaged couple to commemorate this joyful time in their lives. We lucked out with few tourists and an absolutely gorgeous day.
