Happy Birthday, Lucas!

I had such a lovely time getting to see this family again. This time it was for a milestone session for oldest brother, Lucas, who just turned 4. We met up on a lovely Sunday evening at East 39th St. Beach in Chicago. Given that the day before was POURING rain, we lucked out on some sun and warm weather.

We wrapped up the session by the beach and with a few goofy photos. My clients are *always* welcome to get their goof on in front of my camera — posed photos are great, but those candid and silly moments are just as important 🙂
