What is your turn-around time? 
Non-wedding sessions can expect a 2 week turnaround time. Weddings are guaranteed within 3 months of your wedding date.

Why don't you offer multiple wedding packages anymore?
To be honest, offering wedding packages seems outdated to me. I want you to have control of what YOU want in your day, and to make booking your photographer as easy as possible. Therefore, I removed all the packages and left one base price. From there you can customize it however you want to fit your day. SO SIMPLE! 

Do I get high-res photo files, or do I have to purchase those separately? 
Yes, every session and wedding includes an online gallery of all your final, edited photos in high-resolution format. You can download/save/print these files directly from your gallery.

What if we want to print through you? 
You are always welcome to print through me! I offer my clients unique, high quality print products that are not available at your regular print shops. You can always request a product sheet -- or order directly from your gallery.

Do you travel outside of the midwest? 
Of course! Simply get in touch with me to get a custom quote. You can also view my travel schedule in case I happen to be coming your way.

Is Eiza Photography an LGBTQIA friendly business?

What time of day are photo sessions?
All my sessions are planned around either sunrise or golden hour (the hour before sunset). I do this because the light is soft, flattering, and plays an important role in the quality and style of my work.

What if it's cloudy during our shoot?
That's ok! Clouds create a natural filter from the sun and can be extremely beautiful in a completely different way! Unless it's pouring rain or there's an extreme wind chill, shoots will go ahead as scheduled. 

We are super awkward in front of the camera... help!
Don't worry! My goal is to have fun together, not put you in awkward poses that make you feel even less like yourselves. Everyone has a few photo jitters at first, but once you've spent a little time in front of my camera you'll see it's not that painful ;) 

How long are photo sessions?
Typically around an hour. That said, I never look at my watch. I photograph until I either feel we've got a ton of great images and/or we run out of usable light. 

How many final images do we get from a session? From a wedding?
I guarantee at least 30 final images for a regular session (family, engagement, proposal, boudoir), although it often well exceeds 50. For weddings there is no set amount, as each day is different, but you can expect 50+ images per hour.

Do you give USB drives in addition to the online gallery?
No, however a custom USB drive can be added to any session or wedding for $45.

We found a location we love, but it requires some hiking to get to... 
That is more than fine! I love hiking, and will gladly go with you to the epic location of your dreams. Please mention this when booking so we can discuss the details of best getting to/from the location.
